It has become tradition now that for our Netflix Watch Parties (for dead-icated Tier patrons 👀 we are watching TONIGHT at 9pm ET - link in bio 🛸), that @bethany.tewksbury makes a BTB and movie inspired cocktail, and here is this month’s as we watch @thebabysitternetflix 🐝 🍹 "The Killer Bee" 1 1/2 oz hot honey simple syrup 2 oz lemon juice 2 oz Gin ( I used Amsterdam) 5 ice cubes to shaker SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SENTARA Jalapeño slice to garnish Hot honey simple syrup 9 oz water 3/4C plus 2 T honey 2 Jalapeños (add more or less if you want it hotter or sweeter) And to sauce pan med high heat until boil. Constantly stirring. Boil for about 4ish minutes. Med low heat for about 5 minutes Let cool for a bit Throw in food processor or blender and blend the hell out of it Strain *FUN FACT: I didnt have a small enough strain for this so I poked mini holes into a plastic bag to strain it into a mason jar!
