We were sent this photo that was taken at a wildlife conservation area near Eureka, CA. There are only a handful of people with access to the area and they saw no footprints as they walked up to these two perfect circle outlines. It’s also a relatively windy area, so it had to be a recent (at the time it was taken in July) creation.
