Tonight’s movie is The Autopsy of Jane Doe! 👁The Grey Lady👁 2oz Gin 1 oz Elderflower liquor 1oz Simple Syrup .5oz fresh lemon juice 1 egg white (optional) Simple Syrup 1C water 1C sugar 1 earl grey tea bag Simmer until combined Remove tea bag Let set until room temperature Directions: Add Gin, elderflower liquor, lemon juice, Earl Grey simple syrup, egg white (optional) Dry shake vigorously - meaning don’t add ice yet After dry shake add ice and shake until chilled Strain into coupe glass ‼️Note‼️ Egg white is optional or if you want/need aquafaba is a great replacement!
