So my Dad lived in China for a long time when I was a kid and he loved the food and the culture. A lot of that respect rubbed off on me. These are few dishes from my favorite authentic Chinese restaurant in Cleveland. I still love going there. I’ve been going there since I was a kid with my dad. It has a lot of meaning to me.
